Jose Rubio
Owner
Born and raised in Mendocino County, Jose developed a deep understanding of residential construction while working alongside his godfather, a successful custom home contractor in Northern California’s wine country.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from CSU, Chico, where he expanded his expertise through internships with several commercial builders in the Bay Area. After graduating, he joined a commercial general contractor in Chico, contributing to the construction of Butte County’s new morgue and mortuary.
Following that project, Jose relocated to Southern California, transitioning back to custom home construction. For the past four years, he has been with Hill Construction, a premier luxury home builder, overseeing the development of unique residences in collaboration with internationally renowned designers.
Jose’s discipline, drive, and passion for building have positioned him as a standout young builder in the Greater Orange County region.
